All tattoo appointments require a booking fee. The booking fee is non refundable and comes off the total price of your session.

Your appointment may be changed twice with 72 hours notice. Please email with the subject “RESCHEDULE” or “CANCELLATION”.

If you are to cancel the session completely you can be given a credit note with a 6 month expiry date.

If you don’t show up to your appointment or cancel within the 72 hours before you will lose your booking fee.

If you’re more than 30 minutes late please be aware you may not be able to get tattooed and you will lose your booking fee.

If you would like to bring someone with you, please only bring one person to accompany you, as the studio is quite small.

Day sessions are from 10am - 6pm (including breaks) and are charged at a minimum of 5 hours, even if the client stops the session before that time is up.

Please remember to bring I.D with you. Please be aware that no children are allowed in the studio. And do not turn up to your appointment early unless otherwise stated by Matt.
